As a trained medical professional, and certified Texas Food Handler, I travel to your home during the first 72 hours, post-partum. From there, I use the Traditional Chinese Method (TCM) of cleaning and separating the membranes and umbilical cord from the placenta. It is then steamed, sliced and dehydrated. After dehydration, it is finely ground and placed into vegetarian capsules, for your consumption. Each placenta varies, but the number of capsules yielded is approximately 80-120.
